Physical Math.

There are two basic types of 'style' that are used in martial arts. Positive and Equivalent. A positive maneuver involves increasing the energy between two objects, and by doing so, creating a dramatic change in impulse by way of jolt. An equivalent maneuver involves the preservation of momentum between the two objects. The second technique is the only means with which larger, stronger opponents can be beaten, because it converts their own energy as a means to fight against them.

Adaptation

When your body is specialized in one technique or environment is not able to adapt to other techniques or movements. Just like the dinosaurs suffocating underneath an oxygenless sky, you must strive also to create a technique of no technique, a foundation of martial arts built upon rolling spheres of knowledge, so that you may not suffocate underneath the wind of chaning times.
