The best

You can either choose to become good at many things, or very good at a few things. An Olympic athlete is not good at the 100m and the 1500m, two different types of cardio systems are required. Likewise a true fighter should not seek to be the best at a single thing, such as the tornado or low kick, rather, he should seek to become as versatile and adaptable as possible. Reaction time and response are the two best things to work on. You will not get a chance to set down your things, you will not get to change clothes. It is how you react to and understand an attacker that defines how well you perform, and possibly, if you win or not.
