Silver Wind

Basic tenants for offensive movement:
Don't twist your body
Twisting movement takes away from the impulse your movement and slows it down
Straightened movements that get rid of excessive steps and motions are key
Don't hold your strength in
Move with balance and follow through
Don't kick the ground to move
Hold your center of balance above where you are standing
Use gravity to fall or push upwards with the knees to rise
If you use force to grip the ground you cannot turn
Don' try to stay in the same place
Although the less steps you take the harder you will be to read
